We're a registered provider. That means standard Price Guide rates, all three plan types, and invoices that go where they should without you chasing anyone.
Household cleaning is the most commonly funded of the three. If keeping the house clean is something you can't do on your own, it generally sits here.
Funded on the same basis where a safe, accessible yard is part of living independently: clear paths, a usable outdoor space, no trip hazards.
Treated as home maintenance a participant can't safely do themselves. Usually approved as an annual visit rather than an ongoing one.
Funded on the same footing, usually as an occasional job rather than a standing visit. Safety work such as grab rails may instead sit under home modifications.
Plans differ, and we're not going to tell you what yours says. What we will do is look at it with you, tell you honestly whether we think it covers what you're asking for, and say so if we don't think it does.
Tell us who your plan manager is and we handle the paperwork with them from there.
“I would like to book a home clean, gardening and yard maintenance.”
What to say when you call
We invoice you directly and you claim it back through the myplace portal. Invoices are itemised so the claim is straightforward.
“I am self-managed and I would like to book a home clean. Can you send itemised invoices for my claims?”
What to say when you call
We're registered, so we claim directly from the agency on your behalf. Nothing passes through your hands at all.
“I am NDIA-managed and I would like to book a visit. I understand you are registered and can claim directly.”
What to say when you call
These aren't aspirations. They're the terms we work under, and you can hold us to them.
No. We charge the standard NDIS Price Guide rate for household tasks, so there's no quoting back and forth. Tell us what you need and we'll tell you what it costs before anyone starts work.
Cleaning, gardening and gutter cleaning are usually funded under Core Supports: Assistance with Daily Life. If you're not sure what your plan allows, we're happy to look at it with you.
Yes. Support Co-Ordinators, plan managers, family members and carers regularly contact us on a participant's behalf. We just need your say-so to talk with them.
Yes, wherever we can. One regular team rather than a rotating roster, police cleared and insured.
Let us know as early as you can and we'll rebook. We'd much rather shift a visit than turn up at a bad time.
Call the same number and you'll speak to the owner. We'd rather hear it directly and come back to fix it than find out through a review.
Ring us with your plan in front of you and we'll go through it together. No obligation either way.
