We work single-storey only. Two-storey and steep-pitch roofs need height-safety gear and a licensed operator. We'd rather refer you than take a risk on someone's roof. Roof repairs, re-guttering and tile replacement are also separate trades.

How often should gutters be done in Perth?
Once a year for most homes, before the winter rains. Twice if you've got gums, jacarandas or pines dropping over the roof.
Do you do two-storey?
No. Single-storey only, from a ladder. Two-storey and steep-pitch roofs need height-safety gear and a licensed operator. We'll give you a name rather than have a go.
Do the downpipes get done too?
Yes. There's no point clearing a gutter that drains into a blocked pipe. Each downpipe is flushed and flow-tested, and if one isn't draining we tell you before we leave.
What happens to the mess?
It's bagged and goes with us, and we rinse down whatever it landed on: paths, paving, windows. You shouldn't be able to tell we were there except by looking up.
What if you find damage up there?
You get told straight away, with photos. Rust, sagging brackets, a leaking joint. We'd rather you hear it from us than from a ceiling stain in July. Repairs themselves are a licensed trade.
