Yard maintenance is usually funded under Core Supports: Assistance with Daily Life, where keeping the outside of the house safe and accessible is part of living independently at home.
We charge the standard NDIS Price Guide rate and invoice your plan manager or the NDIA directly.

Gardening, specifically.
Do you take the green waste away?
Yes. Clippings, prunings and weeds go with us. If you'd rather fill your own green bin to make use of it, that's fine too.
Is this landscaping?
No. We maintain what's already there. Paving, retaining, planting design and tree felling are separate trades with their own licensing, and we'll point you to them rather than have a go.
How high will you prune?
Within safe reach from the ground or a short step. Anything needing a chainsaw, a climb or a cherry picker belongs to a qualified arborist.
What if it rains on my day?
We'll call and move you, usually to later the same week. Mowing a soaked lawn does more harm than leaving it a few days.
Can you do the garden and the house on the same visit?
Yes, and most people do. One visit, one invoice, one team who already know the place.
