Deeper work is booked as a one-off with extra time set aside, and we bring commercial gear for it rather than working with what is under the sink. Personal care and nursing sit outside what we're registered for, and we'll point you to someone who does it.

Whichever you prefer. Some participants are home the whole time and like the company; others give us access arrangements. We agree what suits you before the first visit and stick to it.
Tell us and they're off the list. The same goes for objects that shouldn't be moved or touched. We'd rather clean around something than get it wrong.

Yes. Let us know what to expect and whether doors need to stay shut. We'd rather know about the cat than surprise it.
